28,000 Attendees? $9.7M to ‘Be Rich’? North Point Community Church 2024 Annual Report

North Point Community Church is a multi-site megachurch based in Alpharetta, Georgia, with 8 locations across the metro Atlanta area.
Led by senior pastor Andy Stanley, they are regarded as a model to many, having hundreds of church partners worldwide that are built upon the same vision, mission, and strategy as they are.
For our part, we’ve lent them a steady stream of criticism on account of having completely capitulated to the LGBTQ spirit of the age and being functionally gay and trans-affirming despite a couple of halfhearted protestations to the contrary (See endnotes)
To that end, they’ve released their 2024 year-in-review for each separate location: Brownsbridge, Buckhead, Decatur City, East Cobb, Gwinnett, Hamilton Mill, Woodstock City, and their flagship North Point. We’ve collated them all togther to get a bigger picture.
We covered Steven Furtick’s Elevation Church in our post 2.3B Streams? $101M In Tithes? A Review of Elevation Church’s 2024 Annual Report.
Despite North Point experiencing some minor losses of members after our initial exposure of them a couple of years ago when we went undercover to their gay-affirming church conference, overall numbers remain strong and growing.
While a pastor at North Point church told us that they have a weekly average attendance of around 28,000 people, these numbers don’t mesh with their published statements. According to numbers released by the church, they have around 21,500 people on average attending each Sunday (Buckhead Church’s inane tallying scheme throws the number off, where they combine in-person congregants with people who watch the service online).
Furthermore 11,900 adults and children attended one of their “Sunday morning environments” for the first time in 2024.

North Point collectively had 363 adult baptisms (minus Decatur City, which we could not find numbers for) and 797 baptisms of children and teens, with the latter outnumbering their parents 3 to 1. Cobb City has the lowest recorded ratio, recording 3 adult baptists and 39 children baptism based on 500 adults and 500 children and students.

Church attendance number broken down on a typical Sunday across varying campuses:
Gwinnet
- 3,700 adults and children attend in person.
North Point
- Over 4,000 adults attend in person.
- Over 2,500 children and students attend in person.
- Over 11,000 people watch online.

Brownsbridge
- Over 2,000 adults attend in person.
- Over 1,500 children and students attend in person.
- Over 1,300 people watch online.
Decatur City
- Over 500 adults attend in person.
- Over 300 children and students attend in person.
- Over 200 people watch online.
Buckhead
- 6000 adults, children and students attend in person or watch online each week
East Cobb
- Over 500 adults attend in person.
- About 500 children and students attend in person.
Hamilton Mill
- Over 650 adults attend in person.
- Over 500 children and students attend in person.
- Almost 200 people watch online.

Woodstock
- Over 2,700 adults attend in person.
- Over 1,700 children and students attend in person.
- Over 1,800 people watch online.
Beyond just Sunday church times, North Point had 11,820 middle school and high school students attend Camp, with another 21,109 parents and kids participating in Kidstuff- a free show that is typically interactive and helps families “connect to God and each other all year long.”

North Point congregants have been generous as well. They are particularly proud of their “Be Rich” campaign, an “initiative to partner with life-changing organizations in our communities and around the globe.”
Essentially, they raise money to give to primarily secular organizations and non-profit partners, such as Chattahoochee Elementary School, where their donations “provides teachers and staff encouragement throughout the year with treats, lunches, dinners and new spirit wear,” or to to the Good Samaritan Health Center of Gwinnett, which “provides fee discounts or fee waivers to patients in an emergency, case by case basis to help with medical, dental, or dispensary care, and with biblical counseling services.”
In 2024, they donated a combined $9.7M dollars to 364 beneficiaries.
Given that they are a church, they are not required to file a Form 990, so we’ve no further insight into their finanicals.

But alas, as we’ve pointed out previously, the church is compromised, and no one should be attending until they repent and clean house. After all: check out our rolodex of receipts.
