Bobby Conner is a member of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE) and a member of the Harvest International Ministries apostolic network, chaired by NAR warlord Che Ahn. After 27 years as a Southern Baptist pastor, he founded Eagles View Ministries.
He recently said he was at ‘prophet’ Bob Jones’ house when NASA called and asked Jones to look into space for them and “tell us what you see” because they knew he could see farther into space than they could, said Bob Jones was a time-traveler, and also claimed he once spoke a squirrel into existence.
Though he’s perhaps the most fantastical and inveterate liar in Christendom Today, his estranged relationship from the truth is a feature, not a bug, and ensures he’s still well-respected in colorful circles and hobnobs at conferences with all the charismatic bigwigs, such as Bill Johnson, Shawn Bolz, Jim Bakker, Chuck Pierce, Kevin Zadai, James Goll, Jeremiah Johnson, etc.
During a recent message, Conner regaled the congregants by claiming God told him to give another man a hickey, which he says he did. Rather than be disgusted and scandalized by his revelation, the folks listening him find it hilarious, demonstrating the searing of their consciences.

Not much different than the previously reported “church” that openly and blatantly delights in sin and despises righteousness. The “church” these days has become a religious cult that is all about accepting and celebrating the wickedness of the heart and feeling good about it, because that becomes their only option. (And their “found community” is pretty much determined by the type of sin and manifestation of wickedness of the heart the group has in common – it’s about kinship with those who share the same sins. I.e., birds of a feather.) They cannot be righteous and good of their own accord, and so it becomes a matter of accepting and feeling good about wickedness. It becomes a matter of spinning wickedness and calling it good, spinning righteousness and calling it bad. Even trying to redefine what’s good and bad. But in a roundabout way, they prove the Gospel. They prove and show that mankind cannot be righteous of his own accord. They prove that only God can cleanse the heart of wickedness inherent from the sin of Adam, by indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the implanted word. They prove “Ye must be born again …” (John 3:3-7) Were they able to be righteous of their own accord, they would have no need to try to accept and feel good about wickedness, nor would they despise righteousness. And they certainly wouldn’t have any need to try to redefine what’s good and what’s wicked.
There’s a reason the audience laughed. It’s because there is a kernel of wickedness deep in the heart that only the Holy Spirit can remove. It’s because for as much as they claim the Holy Spirit, they’ve rejected the Gospel and His first and foremost work to drive out that wickedness. There’s a reason they “delight in wickedness” (Rom. 1:32, 2 Thess. 2:12, etc.)
There’s also a reason many refuse to truly repent and receive the Gospel – to receive the implanted word, the indwelling Holy Spirit, to truly believe and to be truly born again. It is because they are afraid of what it might cost them – such as their “found community”, or money, or belongings, or status, and so on. It’s simply because deep down, in and out of that kernel of wickedness in the heart, they don’t truly want to let go of the wickedness, they don’t truly want the Lord to cleanse and drive out the wickedness and to make them righteous. They simply don’t want to be truly born again, and that’s exactly why they are not and never have been truly born again …
There’s nothing wrong with laughter and good clean fun. But when you start laughing at things you shouldn’t, there’s a problem. That’s a tell-tale sign of that kernel of wickedness in the heart. And scripture talks about the significance of this sobriety and self-control as it pertains to righteousness. (not the worldly definition of “self control”, but an adherence to righteousness without compromise – in this case, for example, not laughing at what one shouldn’t laugh at – not accepting, tolerating, much less delighting in sin).
“3 His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, 4 by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. 5 For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, 6 and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, 7 and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. 8 For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins. 10 Therefore, brothers,g be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. 11 For in this way there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” – 2 Pet 1:3-11
Notice there is an order to things. (and also a reverse order from righteousness to wickedness – James 1:12-15, etc. – that temptation to delight in wickedness does not come from God) It’s an order of dependency, an order of building one quality on top of the other. To be born again is to escape the corruption of creation and of mankind and of the flesh, and for the Holy Spirit to drive out that sinful desire from the heart, by divine power, to overcome and drive out that kernel of wickedness in the heart (Mark 7:21-22, etc.). At the foundation is faith, for it is by faith that we are saved – i.e., to believe God, to know that He will do what He said that He will do, that things work the way He says they work, to know that our Creator is not a liar. And directly upon that foundation rests virtue. Subsequent qualities then all rest and are dependent on that virtue which rests on faith.
One who doesn’t want to let go of the wickedness doesn’t truly have faith. In his heart he calls his Creator a liar. And so he doesn’t truly “believe in Him”. One must truly want to be born again, and to receive it (James 1). No matter the cost (Matt. 16:25, etc.). This is the Gospel of Jesus Christ … the one many “churches” these days have rejected and replaced with a false gospel and a false Jesus, that’s all about accepting, feeling good about, and delighting in wickedness of the heart rather than getting rid of it.
One cannot love wickedness without hating righteousness. One cannot love and delight in both. “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other.” – Jesus. One cannot love and delight in wickedness without hating and despising righteousness. One cannot accept wickedness without rejecting righteousness. So we’re reminded they truly do hate Him first (John 15:18). They will say they don’t, but they absolutely do …
Here’s what I know: Like in the movies, “acting” is making believe in words and deeds. The “murder” is the use of a fake knife, or blanks instead of bullets, or a mannequin being thrown from a rooftop. But for a man to kiss another man in such a way, AKA “romantically”, isn’t acting; he’s actually doing what sodomites do, using his lips, not fake ones. Only a homosexual can do that. Be aware that straight men cannot bring themselves to perform such acts, even in a make-believe movie. Know that the men who do such deeds, and the men who receive them, are homosexuals.
