Dr. Michael Brown Gives Cover to Todd White’s Fake ‘Leg Lengthening’ Miracles, Then Deletes Video
Todd White is perhaps best known for his dreadlocks and debunked leg-lengthening scam, which is pure, calculated, and intentional deception.
This is in addition to the fact that he is routinely unsound in his teaching. He has insisted he hasn’t told a lie in nearly 20 years, since the day he was saved, claimed that Jesus BECAME child pornography and bestiality on the cross, sampled Aerosmith as a prophetic worship song, famously taught that God’s in bed with you watching porn and wants to be your ‘climax,’ and recently said that God wants to have ‘intercourse’ with us.
Unlike the misled youth pastor down at the Assembly of God who might get carried away with old wives’ tales of the goofy-miraculous, White is not an ordinary charismatic. White engages in trickery that must be learned, practiced, and honed. His leg-lengthening stunts, mentalism, cold readings, and street-level “healings” are all tricks learned and mastered by secular magicians.
Dr. Michael Brown, who never met a charismatic loon he wouldn’t give cover to or claim they actually love Jesus despite their flagrant heresies, recently joined him for a joint ministry event and received much criticism for it, so much so that the two of them recorded a video advertised as a discussion and grilling on White’s famed parlor trick, really getting to the heart of it.
It was none of that. Apologist Chris Rosebrough describes what actually went down:
“Dr. Michael Brown took it upon himself to “Brown wash” Todd White and his leg lengthening parlor trick. The ends up being a one hour long story telling testimonial video with ZERO evidence provided to back up any of White’s miraculously STORIES. Either Brown is the most gullible dupe in all of Christian history or he is intentionally participating in White’s deceptions.
It’s true. White spent 45 minutes talking about all the wild and crazy miracles he’s performed over the last twenty years, which Brown uncritically eats up and never asks if he has medical proof or documentation, and then they have this exchange:
That’s the extent of it. Later on the video was deleted, but we reuploaded a backup of it here. Rosebrough would later add about the situation:
