Rising Hollywood Star Praises Jesus, Thanks Parents For Keeping God Center Of Their Home

Malachi Barton, 19, is an up-and-coming actor known for starring in several TV shows and films for Disney, including  Stuck in the Middle, Under Wraps and its sequel, Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires, its upcoming sequel, which saw him tour the world as part of the Descendants/Zombies: Worlds Collide Tour, and recently starring in Camp Rock 3.

Barton, who has three million followers, has the Bible verse Joshua 1:9 on his banner and tattooed on his body.

In a recent interview with People magazine, we read:

Barton says his faith and loved ones have helped him stay grounded through it all and block out some of the noise that comes with being in the spotlight. “My relationship with God is my number one. I’ve continued to remind myself that the only opinion that matters is His.”

“So many people are gonna have so many different opinions. And all those opinions, because of social media, are just gonna be thrown at you 24/7. So I think it’s so important to be able to do your own thing and keep your mind peaceful,”

Likewise, during a press conference with Variety, Barton thanked his parents for keeping God at the center of their home.
