The pastor of Summit Church in Elkins, WV, was arrested yesterday for allegedly soliciting a minor, according to the Barbour County Sheriff’s Office.
Kevin Curtis Jones, 33, who is married, has been charged with one count of soliciting a minor via computer after it was alleged he used his electronic devices to solicit a young woman from his church who was a minor at the time of his queries.
Searching for Jones, they found him in an RV park with the girl in question, who was no longer a minor at the time of his arrest. The alleged victim told police that she and Jones began talking on the phone about being in a clandestine relationship as soon as she turned 18.
He is being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond.

I get that people will point out that they didn’t do anything until she was 18, but understand this is a man who has obliterated his sexual boundaries. He is not confined to marriage, he is seeking “barely legal” girls. These are dangerous signs. My guess is, they will find more.
If this is what passes for pastors who lead churches nowadays, no wonder people are abandoning the faith.
False mega”church” mega”church”ing.
