Canadian Prophet Apologizes For Mooning Woman in ‘A prank gone wrong’
Prominent Canadian “prophet” Art Lucier has apologized for mooning a married woman four years ago, describing it as a “prank photo” that he sent “in a moment of poor judgement.”

In addition to being a self-proclaimed prophet, he serves as the pastor of Kelowna Harvest Church in Kelowna, BC, a congregation known for its ecstatic charismatic manifestations and five-fold theology. He is also the Apostolic Overseer of Harvest Ministries International (HMI) and leads multiple prophetic networks.
Lucier recently took several months of leave following allegations of spiritual abuse, emotional manipulation, and inappropriate physical behavior, including sexual abuse. His oversight board recently deemed him restored and fit to return to ministry, despite two pending lawsuits against him for sexual abuse.
After a woman reported that Lucier sent her a picture of his buttock and accused him of trying to groom her and meet up privately, an oversight committee member sheepishly suggested that he comes from a church with a “culture of mooning,” which contributed to his delinquency and poor decision making.
Earlier today, Lucier posted a statement on Facebook:

I can’t help but notice, that if you place the letter “f” in the middle of his last name, you get “Lucifer”…
