North Dakota Judge Overturns State Abortion Ban, Says It Takes Away A Woman’s Right To Pursue ‘Happiness’
With demons whispering into his dark heart, state District Judge Bruce Romanick overturned North Dakota’s abortion ban on Thursday, decreeing that the state’s constitution guarantees a fundamental right to have an abortion before fetal viability and that the current law violates a woman’s right to pursue happiness, which an abortion would bring her. He wrote in his 24-page order:
“The abortions statutes at issue in this case infringe on a woman’s fundamental right to procreative autonomy, and are not narrowly tailored to promote women;s health or to protect unborn human life. The law as currently drafted takes away a woman’s liberty and her right to pursue and obtain safety and happiness.”
At present, North Dakota does not have any independent abortion clinics but does have hospitals where abortions can be had in cases of rape and incest before the six-week mark, as well as in instances where the life of the mother is threatened, such as an ectopic pregnancy.
In a statement provided to the AP, North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley insisted that the judge’s decision contained “flaws in his analysis,” and that the Republican-dominated government plans to appeal:
“Judge Romanick’s opinion inappropriately casts aside the law crafted by the legislative branch of our government and ignores the applicable and controlling case law previously announced by the North Dakota Supreme Court.”

The Legislative branch can state within any given legislation that the particular law as written may not be reviewed by the judicial branch. It is a rarely used function, but it is an option. Since he is a state judge, the state legislature should include a statement that no state judge may review the abortion law. But that takes guts, and most legislators don’t have any.

Except, when you break down the numbers, communists are OVERWHELMINGLY JEWISH. Something which they once readily admitted, though it has in recent times become…inconvenient for them.
2: Donald Trump’s cabinet (90% of it anyway) is JEWISH. They occupy 2% of the population, by the way, so for 2% of the population to occupy 90% of a government isn’t just a “statistical anomaly”, it’s outright subversion and invasion. You can’t claim to be against “Marxism” (Karl Marx was a RACIAL JEW) and then support Jews. The logic just doesn’t stand up. At all.
And, in case none of you noticed, ALL PRESIDENTIAL CABINETS ARE FILLED WITH JEWS. It strangely doesn’t seem to matter what “side” they happen to be on. Isn’t that…odd?

Romanick’s decision demonstrates an extreme lack of critical thinking skills. Using his irrational thinking, it’s acceptable to murder anyone that you do not like or who offends you to improve your own “happiness”. If the Trump assassin had survived, he could have used the “Romanick Principle” to get acquitted. It’s time for North Dakotans to oust this judge who just negated their voting rights.

Congratulations. Your farmers have set up 2 pens. They have labeled one pen “pro life”. And the “pro life” sheep wandered into their “pro life” pen and began bleating uncontrollably. And they have labeled one pen “pro choice”. And the “pro choice” sheep wandered into their “pro choice” pen and began bleating uncontrollably.
Now, whatever you do, don’t any of you DARE wake up to the pens that your in, or this endless pre-scripted debate. Because NEITHER of you (pro-choice OR pro-life) have the critical thinking skills to even recognize that you’ve been GIVEN 2 CHOICES BY YOUR FARMERS that you are ALLOWED to make, but never ONCE recognizing that, by golly, the gates to these stupid pens are actually OPEN and you’re all just free to wander out!
Imagine…if you could stop bleating your “pro life” and “pro choice” rhetorics for a few seconds and actually analyze what you’ve been fed. To discover…hey, there are…strange, built-in hypocrisies to each of these positions…and those built-in hypocrisies seem to make the abortion debate…ENDLESS.
Pro life: Stands on the side of the preservation of life (Which is CORRECT!).
Pro life: Stands on the side of the shrinking the mother’s rights to expand the infants’ rights (Which is INCORRECT!).
Pro choice: Stands on the side of the preservation of individual liberties (Which is CORRECT!).
Pro choice: Stands on the side of killing infants to preserve those rights (Which is INCORRECT!).
And here is the point that NEITHER SIDE CAN FACE and thus the debate is ENDLESS BY DESIGN:
THAT BOTH SIDES ARE BOTH SIMULTANEOUSLY CORRECT AND INCORRECT.
It’s hard to face being both right AND wrong. But both of you are.
