Guilty! Serial Killer Nurse Convicted of Murdering Seven Premature Babies in Neonatal Unit

In a chilling verdict from the British court, nurse Lucy Letby, 33, has been pronounced guilty of a dark series of murders involving seven premature babies and several other murder attempts.

According to the court’s findings, Letby was a veritable angel of death, executing her grim duties at the Countess of Chester Hospital neonatal unit with a monstrous mix of air, fluid, milk, and insulin.

During her tenure from 2015-2016, the hospital’s infant mortality rate skyrocketed, prompting an investigation that found a correlation between the babies’ deaths and Letby’s time on duty.

The court testimony painted a picture of a serial killer in scrubs, murdering five infant boys and two girls by injecting lethal cocktails into their bloodstreams through IVs and breathing tubes when they were at their most vulnerable. Following the murders, she would insert herself into the parent’s grief by comforting them afterwards, writing them sympathy cards or offering to take pictures of the bodies.

In one harrowing case, Letby tried three times to kill one baby girl, who always managed to pull through and survive, before finally succeeding on her fourth attempt. In another, she killed two of three triplets in less than 24 hours.

She will be sentenced on Monday and is expected to receive a ‘whole life sentence’- life without the possibility of parole- making her only the third woman alive in the UK to be handed this punishment.

    1. I completely agree. That is a demon possessed person to do that. We just read the basics of the case. I can’t comprehend what the court heard and what those parents have been through.
