A Theological Review Of Russell Brand’s ‘How to Become a Christian in Seven Days’

(Jon Harris) Russell Brand was known as a promiscuous drug using celebrity playboy type up until April 2024, when he announced a sudden conversion to Christianity and baptism.

Skeptics, like Bill Maher, understandably wonder if it is another publicity stunt, especially in light of subsequent charges that he committed rape and assault for alleged incidents dating from 1999 to 2005.

For my own part, I am not automatically dismissive of a reported conversion experience unless there are serious theological red flags that accompany it.
