(Pullman Radio) New Saint Andrews College is located in downtown Moscow and enrolls 350 students. The suit claims that the city discriminates against the religious college in violation of the First Amendment of the U.S. and Idaho Constitutions along with the National Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act and the Idaho Free Exercise of Religion Protected Act.
