The famed civil rights leader, the Rev. Jesse Jackson, passed away early this morning at the age of 84 following a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. His family said in a statement:

The founder of PUSH, the infamous civil rights group he started more more than 50 years ago, Jackson was also known for his liberal and progressive beliefs, including being pro-choice and pro-LGBTQ. In particular, he was often accused of race-baiting and fanning racial tensions, rather than seeking to clam them down.
This is a developing story.

I will always appreciate his SNL reading of Green Eggs and Ham. Sadly, that doesn’t reach far into eternity.
well,…bye…
Jesse Jackson is also famous for allegedly blackmailing America’s largest corporations into hiring his organizations for “race consulting” or else face accusations of racism. This is detailed in the book, “Shakedown: Exposing the Real Jesse Jackson” by Kenneth R. Timmerman.
