Christian Rocker Brad Arnold of ‘3 Doors Down’ Has Passed Away

Brad Arnold, frontman of the rock band 3 Doors Down, has passed away from cancer. He was 47.

His band confirmed his death on social media, writing:

“With his beloved wife Jennifer and his family by his side, he passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. His music reverberated far beyond the stage, creating moments of connection, joy, faith, and shared experiences that will live on long after the stages he performed on.”

Arnold, who wrote the band’s biggest hit ‘Kryptonite’ when he was just 15, was a professing Christian that routinely shares scripture and testimony on his Instagram page:

Arnold has previously testified that he has leaned on his faith throughout his life, notably during his successful battle against alcohol addiction in 2016. After his initial diagnoses, he expressed unshakable hope in his savior, saying:

“We serve a mighty God and He can overcome anything. So I have no fear, I really, sincerely am not scared of it at all.”

Welcomer home good and faithful one.
