Embattled ‘prophet’ and seer Micah Turnbo has stepped back into the limelight and is quickly demonstrating he’s as spiritually unhinged as ever, including insisting the demons masturbate and ejaculate all over you every time you look at pornography.
Six months ago, Turnbo, the Pastor of Prophetic Ministry at Vineyard Church Northwest in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the founder of Behold Wonder, came under scrutiny for claiming that he frequently goes to heaven where he experiences fantastical extra-biblical revelation.
Turnbo claimed he once sat on God the Father’s lap and played with God’s sparkly beard, that God the Father likes eating ‘spicy food’ whereas Jesus has a ‘sweet tooth,’ that an angel appeared to him while he was pooping and gave him revelation regarding his “floaters,” that Judas is in heaven, that Jesus’ favorite marvel hero is “Spider-Man” and that he loves watching Avengers movies, and that Jesus entered into his video game and became a character while angels gave him tricks for beating the game.
These bizarre claims are also coupled with the fact that he was writing homoerotic fanfiction about him and Jesus under the guise of prophetic insights and visions resulted in action from his church, resulted in his church releasing a statement saying “Micah, Vineyard Northwest, and Vineyard USA have together decided that Micah will take an extended leave from public ministry to rest, reflect, and seek guidance.”
What’s changed in the last six months? Turnbo is no longer listed on the pastoral staff of his former church. As for the organization he founded? A message on the front page of Behold Wonder reads:
Sadly, we must inform you that Micah Turnbo is no longer associated with the 501(c)3 organization Behold Wonder. On October 10, 2025, he was relieved from his position as CEO of Behold Wonder by the Board of Behold Wonder. The operations of Behold Wonder are currently suspended as we seek God’s wisdom for the future.
Whereas previously Turnbo acknowledged ‘“I recognize that some of my writings and interview comments have included statements that do not align with Scripture.” he seems to have cast off all restraint, with a brief perusal of his Facebook page revealing he’s as unhinged as ever.
