School Chaplain Almost Sees Ability to Work With Children Taken Away by Govt After Sermon Supporting Biblical Marriage

The United Kingdom continues to be openly hostile to Christians, with one pastor and school chaplain eking out a small win after preaching a sermon that saw him fired from his job and referred to “Prevent (the government’s anti-terrorist watchdog whose goal it is to “stop people from becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism,”) a safeguarding officer, the Teaching Regulation Agency, and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS.) According to PCN:

“The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) in the UK, which regulates who is allowed to work with children, has just confirmed that it will not take action against a Christian school chaplain who was sacked in 2019.

Rev Bernard Randall was dismissed for gross misconduct after encouraging children at Trent College in Derbyshire to question the school’s LGBT+ rules. He said it was acceptable for them to hold traditional views on marriage, sex and gender identity.

The school identifies as one that’s independent but had a Church of England ethos.”

So far, Rev Bernard Randall has emerged victorious from all attempts to destroy his life and see him never work again.
