Michigan House Passes Bill Making It a Felony to Use Wrong Pronouns, Fineable up to $10,000
Michigan continues its race towards oblivion, with its recent groundbreaking legislation, House Bill 4474, sparking a fiery debate statewide. The bill, which criminalizes ‘harassment’ or ‘intimidation’ through the misuse of pronouns, is one of the first in the country.
The Democrat-dominated Michigan House of Representatives passed HB 4474 with a 59 to 50 vote on June 20. The bill now advances to the state Senate for review. If approved, it will require the signature of fascist Governor Gretchen Whitmer for enactment, which she intends to give.
This new bill forms part of a package aiming to replace Michigan’s Ethnic Intimidation Act, achieving the holy grail of progressivism. It effectively makes it a hate crime to induce feelings of terror, fear, or threat using words. House Bill 4474 goes beyond the original law, encompassing sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or expression, and physical or mental disability. The bill reads:
“‘Intimidate’ means a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a reasonable individual to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened, and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened.”
It doesn’t take much for ‘words are an act of violence’ crowd to feel threatened. The proposed legislation stipulates that deliberately using wrong pronouns with the intent to intimidate constitutes a hate crime. Convicted offenders could face a felony charge, punishable by up to 5 years in prison or a fine not exceeding $10,000.

As it should be. The government can’t legally compel speech or establish religion. Which means, since it has made abominable sin into a protected class, if it chooses to go the route of the law in question, then it must respect freedom of association, including the right to not work with them.
The government cannot force us to associate, interact, and work with them, while simultaneously criminalizing refusal to go along with, affirm, approve, and/or support their sin. That’s forced speech. It’s establishment of religion.
So if they want to go this route, that’s fine by me, since it would necessarily mean separation would have to be respected. And I’d much rather not have to break the law in order to honor God’s word. It’s better just to have nothing to do with them. The reality is that separation is the only reasonable solution in the first place, because they are going to feel offended, abused, and intimidated as long as they are anywhere in the vicinity of someone who doesn’t approve. If we’re present, the Holy Spirit is going to convict them in such a manner. He will intimidate them without us ever saying a single word. The only way they would ever not feel intimidated in our presence would be for us to completely deny the Lord, throw scripture in the trash, and swear fealty to their satanic cause. And that’s not going to happen, nor can the government impose it. Staying away from us is the most comfort they’re ever going to get, short of killing us all. So let them have their little separate safe spaces, and leave the rest of us alone to live and work in peace and good conscience. That’s fine with me.

The great scandal of the USA, the source of all its godlessness, is that its government, nay its very constitution, refuses to obey God’s mandate here. God gives no one the freedom to blaspheme his name, to entertain false gods, to practice idolatry, or profane his day, but the US Constitution enshrines the freedom of all of these under the guise of “freedom of speech” and “freedom of religion.” The US constitution and government allows, in defiance against God, what he forbids, and it is now no surprise that it forbids what God allows (i.e., the speaking of truth).
