Woke Presbyterian Pastor Shakes with Rage While Preaching Against Michael Knowles CPAC Speech

A Presbyterian pastor in Texas recently preached a sermon raging against The Daily Wire’s Michael Knowles CPAC speech, describing the view “transgenderism must be eradicated” to be “pulsating evil” and “an assault on the gospel.”

St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Austin, Texas, is led by Dr. Jim Rigby. A member of the Presbyterian Church USA (PCUSA), they’re functionally one of the most heretical and demonic denominations in America.

The PCUSA has denigrated to one massive pen for goats, run by spiritual criminals and hirelings, with barely a sheep to be found anywhere. From Church Fasting from ‘Whiteness’ During Lent to Church Releases ‘Transgendered’ Remix of ‘Be Thou My Vision,’ to Pro-Abortion Pastrix Says Stories of Jonah and Zacchaeus are Proof We Should Subsidize Birth-Control, this pro-LGBTQIA&$#@!, pro-abortion cauldron of wokeness and deviant perversion runs neck in neck with the ELCA in a contest to see which denomination hates Jesus more, and they usually come on top.

Impastor Rigby himself has been a progressive culture warrior for decades. Even as far back as 2006, he antagonized the few conservatives left in the PCUSA after he let an outspoken atheist become an official member of his church. This member would spend years leading a monthly movie night at the church, screening blasphemous flicks like Jesus Christ Superstar and The Last Temptation of Christ. (the latter features copious amounts of full-frontal nudity. It portrays Jesus as a regular guy who at one point hallucinates about having moment sex with Mary Magdalene, who he wants to marry, but gets crucified before he can)

A couple pictures from their Facebook page liewise reinforce how lost they are.

During their March 5, 2023 sermon, Rigby goes off, shaking with emotion and pathetic, unrighteous anger.

Do you want to see pulsating evil? Hatred? Judgment? If you want to see an assault on the gospel message of Jesus Christ, listen to the Christians at CPAC who would not have anything to say if they did not have scapegoats. Again, the message of Jesus- I’m not making this up- the message of Jesus is ‘not judge or you’ll be judged’. It’s ‘stop judging and you won’t be judged.’

That’s the new deal. Listen to this voice from CPAC. “There can be no middle way in dealing with transgenderism. It can be all or nothing” then a little bit later he says, “and if it’s false, that it doesn’t really exist in biology, then we should not indulge it, especially when that indulgence requires taking away the rights and customs of many people.’

Not just rights, but customs. You can lose your constitutional rights. So these “Christians” in air quotes; go ahead and change the customs.

Then finally it says “transgenderism must be eradicated from public life entirely, the whole preposterous ideology at every level.”

Your LGBTQ neighbors are not an ideology, they’re not ideas, they’re not an opinion. And it’s a lie to say that Christians have a right to oppress other people and then, that it’s just an opinion. Walls are not opinions. Oppression is not an a opinion. No one has a right to oppress another human being. And to do, so, in the name of Christ simply adds blasphemy to the oppression.

  1. As the man stands on an occultic pagan labrynth as he speaks. Tells you all you need to know. Problem did a study of “The Prayer of Jabez” and “The Secret” at that church

  2. Has anyone noticed how railing against transgenderism has become “big business” for political conservatives? Basically, everyone who is part of Ben Shapiro’s (Jewish) Daily Wire organization has come out strong against this one thing because they know that from an engagement perspective, it’s a home run. Matt Walsh (Catholic) had his “What is a Woman” video that conservatives rallied behind, and similar things happened with Jordan Peterson (claims to be some kind of Christian-esq religion) opposing government mandated speech regarding transgender pronouns. Now Michael Knowles (Catholic) is coming out swinging against transgenderism at CPAC and the Daily Wire is selling binary chocolate so conservatives can “own the libs” by consuming “binary chocolate”.

The point is that all it takes to be a hard-line conservative these days is to say “men can’t be women” and for the time being, being anti-trans really doesn’t carry a lot of social consequences. This lack of social (or legal) consequences is why these “conservatives” feel so emboldened to come out and use such forceful language about trannies but I don’t hear anyone in “big Con” using the same language about homosexuality, same-sex marriage, or divorce. It will be a cold day in hell before they do that because those things do carry social and legal consequences. You are more apt to hear a conservative say “we have the best gays don’t we folks”, “look, they left the liberal plantation”, or even “this gay guy is against trannies so he must be conservative”. At this point, what are we even trying to conserve, during the next election cycle, all it will take for a republican to embrace drag queen story hour will be for them to be reading “The Art of the Deal” or “Common Sense” and conservatives will be talking about how the “liberals are seething”.

    1. Some in the conservative media and many conservative politicians objecting to the sexualization/grooming of children is altogether different than conservative politicians condemning LGBTQ individuals themselves for being LGBTQ. That would be an exercise in political self-destruction.

    2. Which is why politics is not the solution. A few steps further down the road to Hell, then one step back, get everybody caught up in the political sport, and just like that people are manipulated into supporting and voting for the imposition of all manner of wickedness.

  3. BTW, I watched Knowles’s speech and it absolutely did not call for the harm of anyone. Again, the left formats a lie that is quickly adopted as fact by our godless, commie-wannabe media.

  4. Ah yes “judge not lest ye be judged” the favorite verse of the wicked. Every time they abuse it, wrongly interpret it, and wrongly apply it (ironically always in judgmental fashion, according to their own contrived “standards”), they implicitly admit that they are knowingly defending and supporting that which they know is wickedness that God hates.

Their wrong interpretation and application of that scripture could be used to justify any and every evil in existence.

We might inform the “pastor” that the word he’s looking for is “abomination.” That’s what the Bible calls them (Duet 22:5). And that’s what they are. Abominations that the Lord detests. But he already knows that.

We might inform the “pastor” that Jesus did specifically condemn any and all forms of sexual immorality, but he already knows that.

We might inform the “pastor” that Jesus said those who love Him will keep His commandments. But he already knows that.

We might inform the “pastor” that Jesus said not all would enter the kingdom of Heaven, but those who keep His commandments, and do the will of His father. But he already knows that.

We might inform the “pastor” that the “new deal” he references does not negate the moral law, which Jesus made specifically clear in Mark 7. It is the ceremonial law that we are no longer bound to. But he already knows that.

We might also inform the “pastor” that even if he personally and wrongly believes that God’s moral standards are no longer applicable, the Apostles made it clear in the Epistles, that if some want to continue to honor ceremonial law which is no longer applicable, such as covering their head, only eating certain foods, etc. that’s not a problem so long as they know it’s not required. Leave them alone. And the same principle would apply to the moral law as well. But he already knows that.

God’s commandments are not grievous (1 John 5:3). They’re not oppressive. Honoring God’s commandments does not oppress anyone. They’re not oppressed any more than the prodigal son was oppressed by putting himself in the pigpen.

Turning away (2 Tim 3:5) is not oppression.

I don’t believe Knowles was talking about marching homosexuals or so-called “transgenders” into gas chambers. He’s talking about ending the imposition of wickedness on Christians who rightfully do not want that wickedness imposed upon us and our families, much less to be extorted into supporting, accepting, and approving of it.
