Exactly right. I’m still not completely buying that the robbery wasn’t staged.
Do you wanna bet the members of his congregation aren’t exactly in the income brackets that can really afford to extravagantly give to his sham of a church in the first place and yet they do in blindness and enable his lifestyle. And they still don’t see through it. I seem to recall something in Scripture from our Lord about “the blind leading the blind.”
And they are also the ones still wearing masks up to their literal eye balls!
Jesus commended John the Baptist for being a strong, masculine man not given over to luxury living. We need pastors like John the Baptist, not like fashion diva’s.
