Ruth Bader Ginsberg Dead at 87. Now Comes the Judgement

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed away at age 87 of complications from pancreatic cancer, the Supreme Court announced Friday night. Bader suffered from five bouts of cancer, most recently when it flared up in early 2020 when a biopsy revealed she had lesions on her liver.

NPR is reporting that “Ginsburg dictated this statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera: “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”

Trump has a conservative Supreme Court Judge teed up, with Amy Coney Barrett rumored to be the front runner. He will certainly try to confirm her before November 3, having a majority in the Senate, which will be a political battle unlike anything seen in our lifetime.

“When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth: and when the wicked perish, there is shouting.” Proverbs 11:10 KJV

This is a developing story.

  1. Cue the endless cacophony of ignorant and clueless tributes to the “great things” this woman accomplished.

  2. Nahum 1:2-3:
    A jealous and avenging God is the Lord;
    The Lord is avenging and wrathful.
    The Lord takes vengeance on His adversaries,
    And He reserves wrath for His enemies.
    The Lord is slow to anger and great in power,
    And the Lord will by no means leave the guilty unpunished.
