Muckraker Julie Roys Equates John MacArthur and Master’s Seminary to Benny Hinn

Julie Roys’ discernment is like a hammer. The Julie Roys discernment hammer perceives everything in conservative evangelicalism as a nail, even if the object is a baby or an egg. Such was the case when Julie recently attacked the discernment of Costi Hinn for daring to associate with the likes of John MacArthur and Master’s Seminary. According to Julie, Costi Hinn apparently drinks the “Kool-Aid” when he listens to the teaching of Masters Seminary’s Dr. Steve Lawson.

Julie has spilt gallons of ink over the past few years digging up decades-old one-sided accounts of issues that involved John MacArthur in the most tangential ways in an attempt to discredit his ministry, because she is still mad at MacArthur for telling egalitarian false teacher Beth Moore to “Go Home”.

Now Roys has taken to Twitter to harass those like Costi, who find wisdom in pursuing a doctorate at a conservative Bible-based institution like The Master’s Seminary. In Julie’s eyes, a God-fearing teacher like Steve Lawson is selling Kool-Aid. If you find yourself believing the siren songs of Julie, Go listen to a Steve Lawson sermon and ask yourself, “If this is theological “Kool-Aid”, what is Julie sipping on?”

Binny Hinn preaches a false word of faith prosperity gospel, while MacArthur teaches the one true gospel, salvation by grace through faith in Christ alone. Comparing the ministry of wild-eyed-false-gospel preaching Benny Hinn to that of John MacArthur is akin to comparing Julie Roys to Justin Peters. Julie Roys is a muckraker, trying to dig up dirt on pastors and manufacture faux controversies, while Justin Peters is a faithful preacher and teacher who focuses on teaching that exposes doctrinal error and heresy in modern Christianity by examining false teachings in light of scripture.

Objective observers would note that Julie has numerous blind spots when addressing the cultural downgrade, punching right and attacking complementarians and conservatives regularly while ignoring stories that involve leftists promoting heretical doctrine, LGBTQ sexual deviancy, and critical theory in the church.
