Former Hillsong Pastor Brian Houston DENIES Being Hacked After Reposting Porn

Early this morning, former Hillsong global senior leader Brian Houston reposted an 8-minute hardcore pornographic video from his Twitter account.

This is not the first time some questionable content has been shared on Houston’s social media. Notably, in 2024, his personal Twitter page posted a photo with the caption “Ladies and girls kissing.”

It’s an interesting phrase, reading like something a seasoned citizen would enter into the social media search bar while looking for porn or trying to follow an account.

Sixteen minutes later, he miraculously regained access, astonishingly quickly. He deleted the tweet, claiming he was “hacked.”

Among the few people he followed on social media, one account stood out to some.

Following the initial post, his assistant Yolanda later posted an update from Houston’s account, saying he was hacked and offering proof of the breach.

However, the linked account wasn’t Houston’s Twitter account, suggesting they just made the whole thing up to find a scapegoat.

This post was also deleted.

Houston was eventually terminated from his role as head of Hillsong after church leadership accused him of committing indiscretions with two women and having a drinking problem, including sexting with one and getting drunk and spending nearly an hour in another woman’s hotel room in 2019.

Back to the present:

The pornographic repost stayed up for several hours, until Houston shared:

Despite Houston insisting that the content was deleted, and now seemingly having control of his account back, the video remained up for two hours AFTER he assured the public that it had been reported or deleted.

Houston denies his account was hacked, however. He deleted the post and instead revealed that the repost was the result of someone temporarily having access to his account on his phone.

Houston does not explain why or how this culprit accessed his account on his phone so early in the morning, to what degree, if any, biometrics were bypassed, and why Houston allowed the porn to stay on his device hours after saying it was deleted.
