Paula White Makes Disturbing Pitch For $100K: ‘I’m not gonna lay hands on people till you’re obedient’

Paula White-Cain is the prosperity preaching, head pastor of City of Destiny Church and one of President Donald Trump’s spiritual advisors.

We last wrote about her after she insisted that Christians must not convert Jews, giggled while her husband recommended that Christian couples watch pornography together, and repeated praised and endorsed the cult leader of the Moonies here, here and here,

At her recent 2026 Unleashed Conference, Paula White made a grotesque and manipulative pitch for the pocketbook, insisting while the musicians play:

There’s an annointing of release right now. I want $100,000 to come in. I want $100.000. $10,000. There’s 10 people that could give $10,000. There’s a 100 people that could give $1,000. Get a check, make it payable to Paula White Ministries.

There are people that are watching right now. If you say “I don’t have it”, give $100. Bring up a sacrificial seed.

She continues, saying it’s going to a fundraiser to help kids, but scanning the QR shows the funds going to her ministry donation page.

Paula then sees that only there’s only three envelopes and declares that she’s not going to lay hands on people till they pony up the dough.

There’s only three envelopes. I’m not moving, I’m not gonna lay hands on people till you’re obedient. Get out of your seat, come on and come bring up a seed, come bring up a seed, come bring up a seed.

Finally, she insists that she’s not doing it for herself, but for the people who are struggling financially and need a breakthrough, accusing them of being disobedient for not giving.

I’m doing it to break something off them. I’m doing it to break a mentality. I’m doing it to break something. I’m doing it to break something. I’m doing it to break something. I’m doing it to break something. I’m doing it to break something. You need a breakthrough. You need things. You need a building. Come on. You need a wedding dress. You need some things, but you’re struggling all the time financially. That’s not the kingdom of God.”
