Trailer for New Animated ‘The Chosen Adventures’ TV Show Drops

A new trailer for ‘The Chosen Adventures‘ has dropped, featuring “nine-year-old Abby and her best friend Joshua as they navigate life in the ancient city of Capernaum.” According to the description in the promo material:

A 9-year-old Abby and her friend Joshua meet Jesus in Capernaum, circa 30 CE. Abby is full of questions, seeking answers. Their encounter with Jesus could change everything…(she’s looking for adventure-and she always finds it, whether Joshua wants her to or not. Tag along as she makes friends, dodges trouble, and learns from a bold new teacher, Jesus of Nazareth.

The series, which premieres October 17 on Amazon Prime, and which is based on Dallas Jenkins ‘The Chosen,’ features original “The Chosen” cast members Jonathan Roumie (Jesus) and Elizabeth Tabish (Mary Magdalene.)
