Dr. Anthony Bradley Attacks Megan Basham Over Criticism of ‘Blacks Only’ Church Dinner

Dr. Anthony Bradley is a research fellow at The Acton Institute and a Research Professor of Interdisciplinary and Theological Studies at Kuyper College. Before this, he was the professor of religious studies and director of the Center for the Study of Human Flourishing at The King’s College, as well as the Theologian-In-Residence at Redeemer Presbyterian Church—Lincoln Square, the late Tim Keller’s church.
We previously wrote about Bradley after he shared a video of James Baldwin explaining how he can’t afford to trust white Christians. Bradley offered that his parents feel the same way, arguing that they were justified in their racism towards “untrustworthy” white evangelicals.
In a series of bombastic and sensational posts, Bradley went off on author and cultural commentator Megan Basham over the weekend after she took exception with a PCA church holding a racially segregated dinner, calling her “Low- IQ” for her observations while claiming she has “significant father issues.”

And:

Bradley’s remarks were almost universally panned by hundreds of commentators. When pressed, he triple-downed, likening Basham to the people who used to call him “nigger” while suggesting she’s not even a Christian.

He later added:

Not content with mere insults, he continued to express his incredulity:

When challenged on the sinfulness of a church holding a ‘whites-only dinner’ by Samuel Sey, a black man, Bradley suggested his disagreement was because Sey wasn’t part of the black community and therefore was ignorant.

For her part, Megan has reiterated her position and retweeted other contentions while praising her parents and grandparents for their wonderful relationship and investment in her life, the categorial opposite of “daddy issues.”
