Mountain View Presbyterian Church in Las Vegas, NV, is a PCUSA church whose mission is to “share the amazing grace, love, laughter, and joy of God with as many people as possible.” Led by pastor David Dendy, they recently put on ‘The Whitney Houston Worship Experience’ in order to draw folk in. The promo material for the event reads:
Whether you come for the music, the worship, or the message, you won’t leave the same way you came. It’s going to be a morning of joy, inspiration, and spiritual renewal that you and your loved ones will not want to miss.
Invite your family, friends, neighbors, and anyone who could use an uplifting experience. Together, let’s worship, sing, and experience the power of God’s love in a way that only Whitney’s timeless songs, combined with the Gospel, can offer.

During the message, Dendy shares bits and pieces of the life of Houston, who claimed to be a Christian but died of a drug overdose in 2012, and reflected on her songs while tying them to bible verses. Then, the congregants would ‘worship’ the Lord to the songs, which were sung by special guest Ms. Monet.
The songs she sang included:
- Didn’t We Almost Have it All
- Run To You
- I Have Nothing
- I Want To Dance With Somebody
- I Look To You
- I Will Always Love You
A black Presby church? or a White Guilt Presby church?
One thing is for sure in either case: The Synagogue of Satan Jews run that hellhole of a denomination.
