A Planned Parenthood representative has confirmed claims they saw appointments for vasectomies increase by 1200% the day after the election, revealing that vast increases in other service requests have also occurred as progressives irrationally scrambled following a post-Trump victory.
Snopes, the left-leaning fact-checking group, responded to allegations by Live Action’s Lila Rose that vasectomy appointments increased by 1200%, confirming her statistics. Snopes spoke to Danika Severino Wynn, Planned Parenthood’s vice president of care and access, who offered:

Snopes noted that “the numbers reflected in the Planned Parenthood statistics are for only Nov. 6, 2024, as compared with the previous day, the day of the U.S. presidential election,” before sharing other statistics she shared, including:
- Visits to the main web page on sterilization (tubal ligation) increased by 1700%.
- Traffic to the web page on vasectomy appointments increased by 1200%.
- Visits to the web pages on general IUD information and how to get an IUD increased by 500% and 1200%, respectively.
- Birth control implant appointments scheduled increased by 350%.
- Gender-affirming care appointments scheduled increased by 140%.
It wasn’t just Planned Parenthood who saw spikes in their reproductive services. A CBS News report saw WINX health reporting a 966% increase in purchases of the abortifacient “morning after pill” in the first three days after the election.
