Congregants Slain the in Spirit After Eating Pieces of Pastor’s ‘Holy Ghost Birthday Cake’

Apostle Jerry Makananisa is the impastor of Charis Missionary Church in Tembisa, South Africa, which also has two dozen offshoots around the world. The church, which claims a seating capacity of 15,000 but rarely are more than a few hundred people present, was rocked by a scandal in 2018 after two so-called apostles raped a parishioner and then fled to hideout at another heretics church.

A prosperity heretic who routinely claims to do miraculous healings while engaging in bizarre mockery of the faith, the only thing stranger than the things he says in the name of Christ is how uncharismatic and blasé he is. This ‘apostle’ has such an unappealing and unalluring temperament that it’s a bit shocking that anyone would consider him worth following or listening to, being a vessel so utterly devoid of a personality.

We last wrote about him after his abused sheep and goats flung themselves through the air in order to catch the blessings.

In a recently unearthed clip, we see Makananisa bringing in multiple birthday cakes at the behest of his father, the devil. These cakes are cut up and infused with the “Holy Spirit” as part of his blessing, resulting in his congregants pretending to fall under the power as soon as they touch or eat it.

  1. There’s surely a place reserved in Hell for unholy, greedy, narcissistic vipers like this dude.
