Abolitionist Senator Dusty Deevers Unveils Landmark Legislation to Abolish Abortion, Stop No Fault Divorce, Ban Pornography Statewide
This article is adapted from a X thread by @abolitionrising. See the full thread here.
Abolitionist Senator @DustyDeevers has taken aim at the idols of Oklahoma and filed all 9 of his bills for the 2024 session. This thread will detail all 9.
His first bill was SB1729, the Abolition of Abortion Act.
The second is SB1825, a bill that to establish that the penalty for a willful false accusation is whatever the penalty is for the crime you falsely accused someone of is. Right now, the penalty is a misdemeanor. (See Deu 19:16-19.)
The third is SB1958, a repeal of no-fault divorce which establishes abandonment, adultery, extreme cruelty, and fraudulent contract as the only legal justifications for divorce. SB1958 repeals a number of justifications for divorce, most notably incompatibility. Under the bill, the only justifications for divorce are: ∙abandonment, ∙adultery, ∙extreme cruelty, and ∙fraudulent contract. (See more here)
The fourth is SB1976, a bill to abolish pornography in Oklahoma. The language is still being worked on, but the bill is filed. Dusty will likely file a committee substitute with updated language.
The fifth is SB2000, a bill requiring voters to sign an oath under penalty of perjury before voting that their listed physical address is correct. The language is still being worked on but is mostly in place.
The sixth is SB200, which requires judges to prioritize restitution from the criminal to the victim rather than other forms of punishment, to the extent feasible.
The seventh is SB2030, which would move Oklahoma toward a gold and silver standard utilizing the Texas Bullion Depository.
The eighth is SB2031, which eliminates the State income tax on Individuals and corporations.
The ninth bill has not yet been given a bill number or posted on the State website, but it will shortly. It is the Grocery Tax Relief Rebate Act which would eliminate the grocery tax for those under the federal poverty level. (9/12)
Follow @DustyDeevers if, for some reason, you haven’t already. Dusty is in the process of setting a nationwide standard for Christian politicians. He’s going to take arrows from the bad guys and he’ll need the people to have his back.
He can’t abolish abortion, pornography, no-fault divorce, and the income tax without our help! Be ready to make calls and emails to Senators and Representatives when the time comes. Stay tuned to his social media and to ours for instructions on when to call and email.
Lastly, amplify everything this man does. Make sure the world knows who Dusty Deevers is and what he’s doing. We need to build Dusty’s statewide and national profile so that he can more impactfully drive these important conversations and pass legislation.
Banning abortion is good.
Banning no-fault divorce is a step in the right direction. However, what constitutes “abuse” can be almost anything so I’m not sure if it will make much of a difference. As a side note, adultery is a felony in OK, but as far as I can tell it’s not enforced.
Police selective enforcement of law is the means for all political corruption.
Institutional police corruption drives and enables ALL of this lawlessness. Police don’t enforce laws on their buddies and bosses. We all know it and they couldn’t care less about it.
Put police in prison for refusing to enforce laws on their buddies and bosses and Rule Of Law is restored.
That’s the last thing that millions of blind cop suckers want, so it will never happen.
And the USA will go onto the ash heap of failed countries bc it never followed thru with ever instituting limited ACCOUNTABLE government. Bc pigs are ALWAYS pigs and the people are easily manipulated to accept the pigs.
“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.”
Frédéric Bastiat
Although I understand the goal of banning no-fault divorce, abortion, and porn, I doubt any of this will have the intended results. As was learned via Prohibition, prostitution, and learned again during the “war on drugs”, the absolute ban of a product (or service) leads to an illicit supply chain that circumvents the ban. Reasonable regulation is sometimes possible, but still depends on voluntary compliance. Anyone who wants these things can easily shop for a favorable jurisdiction.
The way to discourage these things is to diminish the demand by encouraging real relationships and personal responsibility. We have trouble today because of disposable relationships, established and terminated with the click of a mouse. If that’s too much effort, you can skip relationships altogether and go with an “AI partner” or traditional porn.
Forget about useless government edicts to ban the inevitable result of current culture, encourage the traditional relationships that led to the birth of most of the people reading this post.

PROTESTIA ADMIN – PLEASE DELETE!!!!
These are all good ideas. I propose another bill to eliminate the Marijuana dispensaries that are in grotesque abundance in Oklahoma. OKC seems to have one on every corner.
Oh, I know. There are two right by me on 104th and Western Ave.
