Christian MLB Player Who Apologized for Sharing ‘Anti-LGBTQ’ Post Has Been Cut From the Team

Ten days ago Toronto Blue Jays baseball player Anthony Bass, a professing Christian, shared a post encouraging believers to boycott brands like Bud Light and Target over their flagrant support for spreading LGBTQ propaganda, especially to kids. He was forced to apologize, which he did, removing the message and sending out an apology, saying

I recognize yesterday that I made a post that was hurtful to the Pride community, which includes friends of mine and close family members of mine, and I am truly sorry for that.”

“I just spoke with my teammates and shared with them my actions yesterday. I apologized (to) them and, as of right now, I am using the Blue Jays’ resources to better educate myself to make better decisions moving forward. The ballpark is for everybody. We include all fans at the ballpark and we want to welcome everybody.”

It wasn’t enough, because it never is.

Yesterday, the Jays cut him from the team and designated him for assignment hours before he was scheduled to catch the first pitch for the Jay’s Pride Weekend festivities. Blue Jays general manager Ross Atkins insisted “Performance was a large aspect of the decision” to let him go while acknowledging that “Distraction was a small part of it and something we had to factor in.”

Rather than stand firm and remain unyielding in the face of groomer-supporting queerofascists seeking to have him bend the knee to the rainbow Baal, he buckled, blinked, and now bows out in shame.

  1. The poor Christian. Being double minded sure didn’t help his situation. Better to go down fighting the good fight.

  2. My last month paycheck was for 11000 dollars… All i did was simple online work from comfort at home for 3-4 hours/day that I got from this agency I discovered over the internet and they paid me for it 95 bucks every hour…..> https://homejobs504.blogspot.com/

    1. Yep, but this Christian doesn’t seem to have much fight in him. I figure he’ll fold on this too. Sad.
