SPLC Adds ‘Focus on the Family’ To Its List of Anti-LGBTQ ‘Hate Groups’
The discredited, scandal-ridden smear factory known as the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has just added Focus on The Family to its list of hateful and extremist groups, according to a recent article by The Christian Post. The SPLC blasts the organization founded by James Dobson for daring to suggest that families with a mom and dad are better off developmentally than families run by gay couples, among other things.
The SPLC summarizes Focus on the Family’s great crimes and reasons for being added to the list:
Focus on the Family has long relied on its biblical worldview strategy to push back against LGBTQ+ progress and reproductive rights. The organization’s online Daily Citizen demonizes LGBTQ+ people, claiming they are unnatural and un-Christian, and promotes anti-trans pseudoscience, such as conversion therapy that seeks to change their sexual or gender identities of LGBTQ youth.
They list some of the proof and evidence of these great evils, which are actually completely normal and reasonable positions.

Therefore, some family types should be favored and encouraged over others when it comes to public policy and personal life choices. “Trans activists will use the natural discomfort of puberty to sow seeds of deceit in the hearts and minds of young girls.
