Prominent Prophetess Defends Todd White’s Leg-lengthening Miracle

New Apostolic Reformation royalty Patricia King has come to the defense of Todd White as he deals with the fallout of being accused of theft, lies, and domestic abuse by several of his current and past ministry partners, insisting that White has performed the miracles he’s been accused of faking, in particular his ‘leg lengthening’ miracle.

King, who we last covered in our post Famous Charismatic Prophetess Tokes the Holy Ghost, says that footage showing White manipulating and healing the foot that was shown in the film American Gospel: Christ Alone was a “lie” because it did not show the interaction afterward. Claiming to have been been present at the healing and that she owns the footage and its copyright, she insists the person really did have his leg lengthened and that the footage was unfairly manipulated by leaving out the reaction afterward.

What they didn’t show was this, is that the kid, after being healed, after he felt his leg or as the leg was growing out he’s like “I feel it! I feel it man, I feel it.” This is on the video “I feel it.” You know and he said “Woo woo, I feel it.”

And it was his very first encounter that he ever had with God that he actually felt his leg grow out, and it and it grew out in front of us all. It was not being manipulated, but.. these claims that Todd was manipulating it…was a absolute lie.

And when you show video clips where you don’t show the context of a message, but you just take a clip out of here, a clip out of there, and put it all together, and you present a picture of something that’s not true and you do that intentionally to make a point there, that is a lie. Okay? that is a lie. So we have to be careful that we are not misrepresenting truth.

American Gospel director Brandon Kimber contradicts her statements, however, telling Protestia:

“She actually isn’t telling the truth about the footage that she’s referencing. The footage that was analyzed to show the fake leg lengthening was from Darren Wilson’s Holy Ghost film (she doesn’t own this footage). I did use other clips from her ministry which featured Todd White leg lengthening people on the streets. But those clips were only used to show Todd White saying: “Jesus loves you so much!” and “God is so impressed and amazed by you!”

So when Patricia claims that she knows that we manipulated the footage to make it seem like Todd was faking it, since she was there… she’s lying because she wasn’t there (it’s not her footage).”

King later added:

I’m telling you um right from when I first met [Todd) which was almost 20 years ago I believe, I’ve known him as a really good person who loves God with all his heart and is totally passionate for the Lord. And I have spoken to him, I called him about the 25 points that have recently been brought up, and his story is very, very different.

Correction: an earlier version of this article mistakenly attributed her commentary to Mike Winger’s recent expose, rather than then American Gospel film.

  1. A white guy in his forties with “Dreds” yet ! I’d no more trust him than a man in the moon. People exhibit who and what they are, and apparently he is proselytizing to hippies down in South Beach, because no god fearing congregation would have him.

  2. Common thing to “fake” from faith healers to chiropractors. Either the person performing it manipulates the legs or the participant unwittingly relaxes the muscles for the hip for that leg. Both could be deceived along with those witnessing it.

  3. In one picture we have two violations of 1 Corinthians 11. Don’t you know it is a shame for a man to have long hair? AND for a woman to have short hair? Doth not even nature itself teach you this, o ye heretics?
