Atheist Hacks Prosperity Preacher’s Credit Report, Reads It On Air
Alex Stravonovich of the YouTube channel Full Frontal Exposure did something no one has done before; obtained and accessed a prominent prosperity preacher’s credit report and shared it on air.
Impastor David E. Taylor is known for his name-it-and-claim-it faith-healing and prosperity gospel antics. The ministry of fleecing the desperate, ill, and elderly in the crassest ways possible has been so good to Taylor that his ministry recently purchased an $8.3 million Tampa mansion.
Taylor, who self-identifies as an “apostle,” claims that in 1997 he was “given the keys to the Kingdom of heaven by Jesus in a face-to-face appearance in a dream.” Taylor has parlayed the alleged experience to sell his book Face to-Face Appearances from Jesus: The Ultimate Intimacy, in which he claims to offer readers the formula to “Meet Christ face-to-face in person,” as well as several other more typical name-it-and-claim-it promises:
When the self-proclaimed apostle isn’t pedaling self-centered Gnosticism, interpreting dreams on his 24/7 dream interpretation hotline, or battling multiple scams and fraud lawsuits, Taylor likes to pose with wheelchairs and medical devices that he claims belong to those who have been healed at his conferences.
To that end, Fullfrontal, who initially posted the video in mid-2023 but recently reuploaded it for visibility, got access to Taylor’s credit report using a leaked Social Security number, almost certainly violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Stravonovich published it to his channel, saying his motivations were because Taylor is a “f***** lying fraud” who has been misappropriating his tax exemption status for his own personal gain.
The report reveals that Taylor, who may or may not be living in this 8204sqf, five-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion, has a credit score of 669 on a scale of 300-850, has $84,257 in debts, a credit usage of 71%, and several maxed-out credit cards, including one that has nearly $40,000. Stravonovich also goes through his vehicle report, showing a Bentley that Taylor is paying 23% interest on.
