Planned Parenthood Logo on Clergy Clothes? A Collection of Lutheran Pastrixes Praising Abortions

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) is one of the evilest denominations in America. Pro-homosexuality and pro-choice, it’s populated by spiritually decrepit senior citizens and virtue twerking LGBTQ twenty-somethings, with a ratio of congregants actually saved within the denomination likely sitting a little under 2%. You can only submit to a satanic pastor for so long without getting a little demonic yourself.

It’s no surprise then that ELCA clergy would come out strongly about the latest move to overturn Roe v Wade, with a collective of pastrixes expressing their outrage and triggeredness at the news. Here are just a few, from Exposing the ELCA:

Elle Dowd. Her biography is too great not to post in full. From her website:

“She/they” is a ‘bi-furious’ recent graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, a current PhD student at the Chicago Theological Seminary, and the campus pastor of South Loop Campus Ministry.

Elle has pieces of their heart in Sierra Leone, where their two children were born, and in St. Louis where they learned from the radical, queer, Black leadership during the Ferguson Uprising.

She was formerly a co-conspirator with the movement to #decolonizeLutheranism and currently serves as a board member of the Euro-Descent Lutheran Association for Racial Justice, does community organizing in her city as a board member of SOUL, serves on the Clergy Advocacy Board for Planned Parenthood, writes regularly as part of the vision team for the Disrupt Worship Project, and facilitates workshops in both secular conferences and Christian spaces.

In 2021 they published a book with Broadleaf, Baptized in Teargas, about their conversion from a white moderate to an abolitionist is available

In HER case, SHE has on a Planned Parenthood tippet, creating some wild imagery.

Next up is Pastrix Diana Edis of St. Paul’s Lutheran, Prince Rupert. She’s been sharing crude messages all weekend, tweaked by the SCOTUS decision and intending to make her views know.

Pastrix Emily Scott of St. Mark’s Lutheran, Baltimore is keeping things simple, sharing her fears that this is the first step into a dystopian society where men own women’s bodies and the government will imprison them and force them to become baby machines.

Lastly we have Carmine A. Pernini. He’s the is the Coordinator at Union County Interfaith Coordinating Council – UCICC and ‘Pastor’ at Zion Lutheran Church, Rahway NJ. A brief perusal of his social media shows that his entire identity is wrapped up in the rainbow.

  1. 1John 2:18
17The world is passing away, along with its desires; but whoever does the will of God remains forever. 18Children, it is the last hour; and just as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have appeared. This is how we know it is the last hour. 19They went out from us, but they did not belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us. But their departure made it clear that none of them belonged to us.…

    Come Lord Jesus!

  2. Well I think it’s awesome. The Bible never condemns abortion and honestly life doesn’t even begin until first breath. Women should always reserve the right to choose what is and is not right for their bodies. Especially since the Bible doesn’t even back up an anti abortion stance.

  3. Don’t be shy, tell us who the staff writer is. If y’all are gonna write hate mail about someone who is actually doing good in this world, sign your name to it. Don’t be a coward.
